RushOwl
Case study · Enterprise employee transport, APAC

A unified buspooling platform for employees across the island, arriving door-to-door.

How multi-site employers in APAC moved from vendor-managed shuttles to a unified buspooling platform - employees across the island share rides to work and arrive at the office doorstep.

The challenge

What they came to us with.

  1. Employees lived across the island. The existing vendor shuttles only covered a handful of fixed pick-up points - everyone else drove, took taxis or transferred through public transport.

  2. Multi-site employers juggled several vendor contracts per country, each with its own manifest definitions, spreadsheets and incident logs.

  3. Transport managers could not answer “where is the bus right now” in a single system - let alone report on on-time performance across sites and countries.

  4. Employee welfare sat on the HR agenda; the tools to move the needle sat with the operator. Nothing connected the two.

What we deployed

What we put on the road.

A unified buspooling platform across every site. Employees islandwide share rides pooled into optimised routes - pick-up points near home, drop-off at the office doorstep. RushOS replaces the vendor-email workflow with one operational portal; ChronOS re-optimises routes as headcount and locations shift. One manifest definition, one route definition, one live view - the same across every country the programme runs in.

Outcome

What value did we deliver?

Employees across the whole island get direct, door-to-door commuting. Vendor email threads are replaced by a single source of truth. Transport managers answer “what is happening right now” the same way across every country. HR teams can finally report on commute time and welfare, because the data exists in one place for the first time.
