From fixed timetables to a demand-responsive service for a Singapore business park.

How we replaced fixed bus timetables with an on-demand, demand-responsive service across a large Singapore business park - dropping tenants at the doorsteps of offices, malls and public-transport stations.

The challenge

What they came to us with.

  1. Legacy bus stops left commuters walking long distances, often in heavy heat or rain, to reach offices, malls and amenities inside the park.

  2. Fixed timetables matched neither the morning peak nor the end-of-day rush. Empty buses at quiet hours and over-full ones when it mattered.

  3. New buildings and new tenants kept landing on the estate. The fixed bus network did not adapt.

  4. Tenants trying to reach the nearest MRT or public-transport station were stuck with legacy stops and long walks.

What we deployed

What we put on the road.

ChronOS as the demand-responsive engine; RushOS as the operational portal. On-demand shuttles drop riders at the doorsteps of every mall, office tower, amenity and new building on the estate - and at public-transport stations without a walk. Buses are deployed live to the areas where demand is highest during peak hours, and scaled down where demand is not.

Outcome

What value did we deliver?

Tenants stop walking between legacy stops and their actual destinations. Peaks get the buses; quiet hours get smaller vehicles. Public-transport connections run door-to-door in any weather. Every completed trip sharpens the next deployment decision.
